Covid-19 Client Information

Disclaimer

For the health and safety of myself and my clients, I am implementing additional measures in compliance with the precautions published by both the UK and Scottish Governments in respect of the disease known as coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and the virus known as Severe Acute Respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) (“Coronavirus”). To the best of my knowledge, I, Elaine Wilson do not currently have Covid-19, nor have I been in contact with anyone with Covid-19, or anyone displaying any symptoms of Covid-19. If this changes, and either I or one of my clients test positive, I will inform you immediately and we will both self-isolate for 14 days or until I know it is safe for me to return to work in accordance with the Scottish Government’s Covid-19 Guidelines

Treatment Protocols

During your visit to Elaine Wilson Therapies, you can rest assured that the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness have been upheld. Personal protective equipment is used in line with the government guidelines and a risk assessment has been carried out on the premises. All clients will be contacted before their appointment to inform them of protocol to be followed on arrival at the therapy centre; pre-screening of all clients will be carried out.

High-Risk Clients

Unfortunately, no treatments can be carried out on clients falling into the high-risk category. If you were shielding due to being high-risk, please contact elainewilson@elainewilsontherapies.co.uk before booking an appointment.
